Oven Fried Chicken


2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 T. Basil
15 Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
Salt
Pepper

Mix Bread Crumbs and Spices in a Gallon Ziploc Bag. Dip Chicken in Melted Butter. Add Chicken to Bag of Crumbs and coat thoroughly. In Baking Pan arrange chicken pieces so they don't touch. Drizzle butter on top. Bake at 375* for 1 hour. Do not turn over during baking.

Goes great with a Green Salad. :)
