Italian Casserole


3 pkgs Refrigerator Biscuits
2 cups Prepared Mashed Potatoes
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic (the kind you keep in the fridge in the jar)
Parsley
1 lb Mild Ground Sausage, cooked
Grease 9x13 Casserole dish. Layer all your biscuits in the bottom, then mix your potatoes, cottage cheese, Cheddar Cheese and spices and layer on top of potatoes. Then add the sausage on top. Bake in the oven at 350* for 30 minutes.
