1 lb. ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup uncooked rice
2 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 10 1/3 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Whisk together egg, salt, pepper, rice, onion, and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Add meat and mix thoroughly. Shape into approximately 20 small balls. Place balls in a skillet over medium heat.
Mix together remaining soup, water and worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mixture over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes. Stir often.

Diane- I would at least double or tripple this recipe for your family.
Matt usually eats 4-5 meatballs if that gives you an idea of how big they are. If you serve it with potatoes and another veggie or salad you could get away with less meatballs per serving.
