Manacotti


1 package Manacotti Shelles
1/2 pkg Fresh Spinach
1 pt drained Cottage Cheese
1 lb Hamburger
1/2 onion Chopped
1 can Spagetti Sauce
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmeson, Asiago & Romano Cheese
Cook Manacotti Shells until firm but not tender. Drain and cool. Mix Spinach, Cottage Cheese and Cheddar Cheese together. Brown hamburger and onion together. Add spagetti sauce to meat. Spoon 2/3 of the sauce mixture into greased casserole dish.& Stuff manacotti shells with cheese filling and place on top of sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over manacotti. Sprinkle with Parmeson Cheese, Asiago & Romano Cheese. Bake in covered dish at 350* for 30 minutes.
