2 lbs Tenderized Chicken 1/4 inch flat
1/2 cup chives
1/4 cup melted butter
1 8oz package cream cheese
6 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt Butter, add butter to cream cheese, mix until smooth. Add Chives & pepper. Set aside.
Pour Spaghetti Sauce to cover bottom of 9x13 pan.
Spread Cream Cheese mixture on back side of chicken. Roll and place seam side down in dish.
Lightly cover Chicken with Spaghetti Sauce. Sprinkle Add 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese over the top, cover with remaining Spaghetti sauce.
Bake 40 minutes.
Remove ..place provolone cheese on top, bake for 5 additional minutes.
Remove and enjoy.
