1 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour
1 3/4 cup Milk
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
2 T Sugar
3 T Grape seed oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 300*. Sift some flour, then measure exactly 1 1/3 cups measure the baking powder, sugar and salt and put w/ flour. Beat the egg until thick and fluffy. Measure the milk. Combine egg, milk & Oil, then add to the dry ingredients. Stir quickly and just enough to combine. Heat griddle or fry pan, test w/ a drop of water, if it dances around, then the pan is ready. Use about 1/4 cup of batter for each cake and pour into fry pan. Cook cakes until bubbles begin to burst on top. Then use pancake turner and turn cake over carefully and cook for another 30 seconds. Stack cakes on baking dish in an oven at 300* until ready to serve.
