Hootenanny Pancakes


6 Eggs
1 cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour
1 cup Milk
Large Pinch Salt
9 T. Butter
Turn oven on to 425*. Put all Butter in 9x13 Baking Pan and place in oven while it is warming up. While butter is melting, blend rest of ingredients in the blender. When butter is melted, pour ingredients into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with Syrup.

I have never tried this with wheat flour before. I will have to do that next time.

ONE thing I found with a recipe similar to this, is that I add an extra egg. I swear, and this is just my opinion, that Large Grade A Eggs have gotten smaller. So when something calls for Large eggs, I add one extra egg.
It makes My Popeye (German) Pancakes fluffier
