Chicken Curry

2 Cans Chicken
2 1/2 lbs Red Potatoes, Diced & Boiled
3 Cans Carrots, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom w/ roasted garlic
3/4 cup Light Miracle Whip
1 cup Rice Milk
4 T Curry Powder

Steamed Rice
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Put first seven ingredients into a crock pot on warm for several hours. Put steamed rice on a plate, add some shredded cheddar cheese and top with Curry Mixture.
