JULIE & I TRIED A NEW RECIPE & NOW YOU'VE GOT TO TRY IT TOO!2 cans crescent rolls
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla
cinnamon
1 small can Mountain Dew
Peel and core apples. Cut apples into 8 slices each. Roll each apple slice in a crescent roll. Place in a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Melt butter, then add sugar and barely stir. Add vanilla, stir, and pour over apples. Pour 12 ounces of Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream, and spoon some of the sweet sauces from the pan over the top.
Julie and I had to use some serious self control to not eat the whole pan! We took some to her friends, Her family ate some, Mark Burrup & Dad. Unfortunately Dad ate them not so warm. I had some hot and cold. Serve them hot!!! THESE ARE DIVINE...as Brandon Thompson put it, and he doesn't like dessert! Her neighbor and friend loved them. You have got to try them, for as simple and fast as they are, it is unbelievable how yummy they are. They take at most 10 minutes to assemble!!! Depending on how great of an apple peeler you are! HaHa!
ENJOY!

Made this for FHE treats for my fam tonight! Oh So Yum! I halved the recipe, I had small apples so I still used two apples and cut them bigger.
Don't forget to serve HOT!
That's why I did half a batch, I didn't want leftovers
