Stove Top Chicken Enchilada Lasanga


1 T. Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup chopped Onion
1 Can Enchilada Sauce
3 tsp. Cumin
1 Can Chicken, drained
4 Flour Tortillas
1 Cup Shredded Colby Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream

Layer in Skillet over Medium Heat & Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Cut in wedges & top with Sour Cream.
