Scones

1 pkg Frozen Rhodes Rolls
Powdered Sugar
Canola Oil

Set the number of rolls out on a greased cookie sheet that you would like to use as scones. They need to be able to sit out for 2 hours until they look like the picture below and are nice and soft.
Heat oil in frying skillet to 375* and when ready (when it sizzles with water drop) stretch out each roll and set carefully in the oil and fry until they start to bubble like the photo below.

Turn over and cook until they are golden brown like this photo below :)

When you take them out, dip in a bowl of powdered sugar ( like my smiley face scone)

Then flip over :)

Pile nice and high on a plate

Goes great with fruit!!
