Butter Cookies

1/2 cup Shortening

1/2 cup Butter

1 1/2 cup Sugar

2 tsp Soda

2 Eggs

1/4 tsp Salt

3 Cups Flour

Cream shortening, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs & beat well. Combine dry ingredients & add to creamed mixture. Roll into balls, roll in sugar. Bake on sheet at 400* for 10 minutes.
