Navy Bean & Spinach Soup


4 cans Navy Beans
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 pkg. Frozen chopped Spinach
1 lb. Hillshire Farm Sausage, sliced or in chunks
Saute' onions & celery in butter until tender. Add sausage and cook for 5 min. Pour all ingredients into pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt. Makes (3) 2-quarts jars. Great for freezing! (Mnisa)
